Payment System

Transparency

Customers will receive receipts where they can compare with the institution’s invoice after making their payments for KorPunGun.

Direct Payment

Customers interested in studying in the United States of America, Canada and Australia are able to make payments directly to the institutions or host families. Tuition fees can be paid semesterly and accommodation fees can be paid monthly. *Depends on the policy of each institution.

Free of Charge

KorPunGun does not charge any extra fee apart from the institutions’ standard rates. Customers can compare their expenses with the payment information provided by their interested institutions. *There may be fees for items paid via credit cards.

1^st Round : Application Day

1. Institution application fee ~ varies depending on each institution
2. KorPunGun deposit fee 5,000 Baht (for America and Canada) *100% refund after tuition fee payment
3. Visa application fees

2nd Round : Accommodation and traveling fees (after Visa approved)

1. Housing Placement and deposit fee ~ depends on each institution
2. Airport pick up fee ~ depends on each institution

3rd Round : Tuition and accommodation fee (pay on arrival at the institution)

Pay directly to the institution and accommodation owner.

Study in the Philippines

Study English in the Philippines Services

• Provide information and advices to choose the most suitable courses and institutions for applicants.
• Apply for enrollment
• Give advices about Visa (4 weeks+)
• Coordinate confirmation for airport pick up and drop off
• Purchase traveling insurance (optional)
• Provide preparation information before traveling
• Follow up and give advices during overseas education

Payment System for the Philippines

1st Round : Application Day

Customers must pay the deposit fee (4,500 Baht) *100% refund by deducting from the 2nd round of payment

2nd Round : 4 weeks before traveling

Customers must make pre-traveling fees 4 weeks before traveling (except when customers apply and travel within 4 weeks, they must make the payment within Thursday of that week.)

3rd Round : Upon arrival

Customers must pay local fees directly to the institution in PHP. This may include fees for services such as Visa, SSP study permit, airport pick up, water bills, housing placement and textbooks.

Refund Policy

• 100% refund after tuition fee is paid (for programs in the U.S.A and Canada). Customers will be asked to complete an online form with information needed for refunds, or deduct from the 2nd round of payment (for programs in the Philippines). 
• The company reserves the right not to make refunds in case a) the customer’s Visa is not approved b) the customer cancels their plan after the application in any case c) the customer does not pay the tuition fee for the institution they apply via KorPunGun.
